“Well,” she started with a word, pausing soon after when she casts a gaze to the other side. Yes, she hasn’t slept in a couple of days, but this was a normal occurrence to her. However, no, she won’t admit it. “I suppose… Are my dark circles that noticeable?” The shorter’s lips curled up into a smile, pushing off any signs of fatigue out of the way as she didn’t want any worry from the fellow friend. “I’m fine.”
Jackson was very familiar with getting four hours at most of sleep a night and knew that he was in no position to judge since he, himself, probably looked a lot worse than the female. He waves a hand in dismissal, shaking his head at her words before flashing her a smile in return. “No, no, not at all. You just looked a bit out of it today.”
