The collective went on an unannounced activity check and cleanout. For those of you who were removed, here are the possible reasons why:
1. Unreported hiatus - the collective was not informed, not noted on blog
2. Inactive/Deactivated account - the rules state that four (4) weeks of inactivity is grounds for removal. The admins reserve the right to evict people by this premise.
3. No link to the collective - the rules explicitly say to link the collective to your blog. It doesn’t have to be a main page link but we do require that you have some form of identification as a member.
For aim removals, most people should remember not to add themselves or others into the group chat without informing an admin. Communication of this can come in the form of an ask/submit/aim message. This is to prevent confusion with who’s who and to avoid removing the wrong people. All the member’s aims are filed, so unless we have it listed down, your aim will be considered invalid and therefore be removed.
Also, please remember to welcome/plot with/send an ask to the new members. It’s basically the practice on every collective/directory so it only makes sense to want to interact with muses of the same company! : )
